Client Introduction Referrals

A client introduction referral is when an individual offers to set up a face-to-face meeting with a new client.

  • $500 for a new face to face or virtual client meeting.
  • $1,000 additional if meetings result in an SOW within six months.
  • All HCI consultants and non HCI employees are eligible for incentives, additionally, past employees in good standing are eligible for an incentive.
  • HCI's corporate "internal" staff, executives and employees covered under sales incentive plans are not eligible to receive referral incentives.
  • Referral eligibility, payment terms and final amounts are approved and determined at the program manager's discretion.
  • Referrals providing decision maker names without a means to connect do not apply.
  • For credit and ownership, all referrals must be made online at The HCI Group referral web submission form.
  • Qualified referrals made on the same day by multiple individuals will share equally in the incentive bonus if both referrals are validated.
  • To qualify, a validation phone call with a member of The HCI Group’s sales team may be needed to clarify referral details before ownership is applied.
  • All referral qualifications will be supervised and tracked by the HCI Referral Department. Full transparency and regular updates will be made to ensure payment and status are relayed in a timely manner.
  • All referrals will receive equal consideration without regard to race, religion, sex, marital status, or disability.
  • Individuals due bonus payments will be required to complete the required tax forms for processing.
  • All referrals must be validated by the HCI Referral Department and sales as a net new project previously unknown to The HCI Group.
  • Once validated, interview referrals will be assigned and tracked by the referral department for payment.
  • The referral payment will be made in the first pay period after the meeting is competed between The HCI Group and the client. This meeting referral is payable once per client unless determined by the sales team the referring individual is able to open additional meetings outside of their reach. Spin off meetings from the original do not apply.
