Marx is a leader in the healthcare industry and former CIO at some of the nation's largest health systems. Author of the 2019 best seller "Voices of Innovation" and co-author of "Healthcare Digital Transformation", publishing in May. He was Chief Information Officer at Cleveland Clinic, where his responsibilities included digital solutions as well as information technology. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic, Edward served as the CIO for The Advisory Board, Texas Health Resources and University Hospitals.

Heidi West is an impassioned sales leader; driving healthcare sales strategy while consistently delivering results. She is committed to understanding the business requirements unique to the healthcare industry and meeting organizations’ technology and infrastructure needs.

Prior to joining Zoom, Heidi excelled in sales, consulting and leadership roles within numerous high-tech organizations including Cisco, Booz Allen, Citrix and Nutanix. During her more than twenty-five year career, Heidi has invested in, and actualized, the unique skill sets and requirements necessary to build and develop successful healthcare-specific sales organizations.

Her experience spans across technology software, hardware, consulting and data, allowing a uniquely comprehensive understanding of how technology and business come together to improve the delivery of information throughout the continuum of care. This perspective has allowed Heidi to build successful teams focused on industry-specific strategy and execution.

Heidi invests greatly in the development and growth of women in technology. Throughout the community, she champions STE(A)M events, speaks to schools and organizations about potential roles in the information technology (IT) industry and often serves as a mentor and advocate.
