Doctor Bria is a clinical informatics consultant with over 30 years of EMR experience. His career began with Baystate Medical Center where he managed the selection of an institution-wide, integrated results reporting/CPOE system.
Since then, he has been an influential industry expert contributing to countless publications and presentations magnifying the relationship between physicians and informatics. Recently, Dr. Bria served as Shriners Hospitals for Children’s CMIO directing the medical informatics plan (Cerner) for the 22 hospital system across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
Doctor Bria graduated cum laude from the Georgetown University School of Medicine, completed his internship/residency with Emory University School of Medicine, and completed his fellowship with Harvard University-Massachusetts General Hospital.
